About the Role: As 2IC, you'll work closely with the Venue Manager to oversee all aspects of the venue's daily operations, ensuring a polished and professional standard at all times. With a hands-on leadership approach, you'll help create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests returning while driving performance and efficiency across all departments. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Venue Manager in managing bar, bistro, gaming, and events operations Lead, inspire, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences Oversee compliance, stock control, and rostering with precision Act as Venue Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless service and high standards Uphold and enhance the reputation of the venue within the local community and beyond About You: Demonstrated supervisory or management experience within premium hospitality venues Charismatic leadership style with excellent communication skills Strong knowledge of bar, dining, and gaming operations Highly organised, detail-driven, and committed to excellence Current RSA and RCG certifications To apply online, please click on the apply button.
